USDA Meal Form 2020
Cost of camp is based on family size and income. Family income is determined by a completed USDA form which can be downloaded and filled out below.
We accept cash, credit cards, and checks (make payable to Tall Turf Ministries). All forms and payments MUST be completed a minimum of one week prior to camp session. NO PAYMENTS will be accepted on the day of registration. Payment plans are available. Contact the office for more information.
A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to hold each camper’s place at camp. It is included as part of your total camper fees.
Campers registering before June 1 will receive $10 off of their total camp fees. Families registering more than one child are eligible for a 25% multi-child discount. Only one discount may be applied towards camper fees. Camp will apply the discount that offers the greater reduction in fees. Contact the office for details in determining your camper’s fees.
2020 Camper No Shows:
Any camper who registered for camp last summer but did not attend, full payment must be made before their spot is reserved.
If there is a need to cancel your family or child’s registration, your fees will be refunded according to the following guidelines:
If the cancellation occurs one or more weeks be-fore the first day of camp, then all the fees except the deposit will be refunded.
If the cancellation occurs less than one week before the first day of camp, no refund will be provided.
